1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads (ebooks, playbooks, templates, and AI prompts), all sales are final once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed. Digital products are considered "used" after download or opening, and therefore are non-refundable.

  • Major defects: If the product has a significant technical flaw that prevents it from being used as described.
